ADI has been retained by the Department of Energy Resources (MA – DOER) to prepare an energy audit for the fuel-consuming systems at the Upper Blackstone Water Pollution Abatement District (UPWPAD) facility located in Millbury, Massachusetts.

Energy studies were commissioned for the Upper Blackstone Water Pollution Abatement District (UPWPAD) facility in order to identify cost-effective energy conservation measures (ECMs) that would qualify for funding under DOER’s Energy Conservation Improvement Program (ECIP).
Not only did ADI provided recommendations to various ECM’s that would yield significant energy savings to the UPWPAD, but also recommendations to optimize the operational efficiency of their building systems. ADI also presented the UPWPADC with different utility purchasing savings opportunities such as energy procurement, demand response and forward capacity payments. |
