ADI evaluated all of the energy usage in the buildings and determined that the school department could save an additional $685,000 in annual energy expenditures.  Utility benchmarking was completed for all buildings and energy management strategies were deployed as part of this contract.  ADI developed an Energy Dashboard to pinpoint waste throughout the district.
