ADI has been retained by the Department of Energy Resources (MA – DOER) to prepare Clean Energy Audits for a number of municipal buildings for the Town of Lancaster, Massachusetts.

Energy studies were commissioned for the different buildings of the Town of Lancaster in order to identify cost-effective energy conservation measures (ECMs) that would qualify for funding under DOER’s Energy Conservation Improvement Program (ECIP). 

 

Under this program, ADI has audited the Thayer Memorial Library, the Police/Communications Center, the Central Fire Station, and the South Fire Station. 

 

Not only did ADI provided recommendations to various ECM’s that would yield significant energy savings to the Town of Lancaster, but also recommendations to optimize the operational efficiency of their building systems.   ADI also presented the Town with different utility purchasing savings opportunities such as energy procurement, demand response and forward capacity payments programs.
