ADI has been retained by the Department of Energy Resources (MA – DOER) to prepare Clean Energy Audits for a number of municipal buildings and school department buildings for the Town and School District of Hudson, Massachusetts. Energy studies were commissioned for the different buildings of the Town and School District of Hudson in order to identify cost-effective energy conservation measures (ECMs) that would qualify for funding under DOER’s Energy Conservation Improvement Program (ECIP). Under this program, ADI provided energy audits to the Gardner Town Hall, Public Library, Police Station, Fire HQ and Station 1, DPW Admin. Building, Senior Center. For the School buildings: Forrest Ave., CA Farley, Cora Hubert, Hudson High School, Mulready Elementary and the School Administration Building.
Not only did ADI provided recommendations to various ECM’s that would yield substantial energy savings to the Town of Hudson, but also recommendations to optimize the operational efficiency of their building systems. ADI also presented the City with different utility purchasing savings opportunities programs and clean energy opportunities. |
