ADI was hired by DCAM as a commissioning agent from the project’s inception through operations. ADI evaluated all ESCOs during the interview process and helped facilitate the process in selecting the successful ESCO. ADI reviewed all proposals, the detailed energy audit, the M&V and commissioning plans, and the final contract to allow the parties to insure the savings estimated would be realized over the life of the contract.
