ADI helped Chevron Energy Solutions develop two of the first Energy Performance Contracts under the state of Rhode Island Energy Performance Contracting Program.  ADI developed the design/build team for the project and completed the necessary preliminary design and economic analysis for the State to award the contract to Chevron.

The State of Rhode Island had a terrible situation on its hands.  In less than four months the vocational school was going to need a new heating system because but the current system was no longer effective. 

Indoor air quality was very poor in this building due to the lack of any ventilation air being introduced into the building.

ADI completed the conceptual design of a new heating system and developed a solution with its client to install new heating system throughout the building.  The work was completed in less than five months with better than expected performance.
