ADI team members are commissioning experts, and the team includes LEED-accredited professionals with the background and experience to enhance customers adherence to the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System.

ADI team members have been commissioning agents for projects totaling millions of dollars. ADI understands that successful commissioning depends upon good communication, thoughtful and detailed scheduling, understanding the owner's needs and aims, and the ability for them to work together to support each other as they tackle each project's unique challenges.

Our Commissioning Plans are customized and dynamic documents that provide direction throughout the commissioning process. The goal of our plans is to seamlessly integrate the commissioning process with the construction process. The plan puts a significant emphasis on defining roles and responsibilities and establishing communication protocols. Our Commissioning Plans do not define detailed testing requirements or procedures; but seek to implement the details that have been defined in the specification, and provide all team members with a definitive roadmap for understanding and implementing the commissioning process.
